West Caldwell Warriors (Lenoir, NC) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host West Lincoln Rebels (Lincolnton, NC), 3-2 in a league test.

With the win, West Caldwell improves its record to 1-12 on the season. The Warriors host Bandys (Catawba, NC) to face the Trojans in a Catawba Valley Athletic 2A test on Thursday, September 12. The Trojans go into the test with a record of 6-5. Bandys won 3-0 in their recent league test against Newton-Conover (Newton, NC)

The Rebels now own a 1-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Rutherford for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 11. West Lincoln will face a Cavaliers squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to R-S Central (Rutherfordton, NC). The Cavaliers record now stands at 6-6.
