In Wednesday's non-league game, the Carmel Corsairs (Mundelein, IL) flag football team overcame the host Prospect Knights (Mt. Prospect, IL), by a tally of 32-6.
In their next game, the Corsairs battle the New Trier Trevians (Winnetka, IL) in a non-league game, on Thursday, September 11. Carmel will attempt to better on its 8-1 season record. The Trevians enter the game with a 5-1 record after their 40-8 non-league win over Resurrection (Chicago, IL).
The Knights (5-4) will now prepare for their outing against Hersey (Arlington Heights, IL). The Huskies come into the outing with a 3-5 record. In their last outing, Hersey achieved victory over Buffalo Grove (Buffalo Grove, IL), 12-6, in a non-league outing.
