Utah High School Soccer - Bear River knocks off Deseret Peak

In Wednesday's league outing, the host Bear River Bears soccer squad scored a tight 8-1 victory over the Deseret Peak Golden Eagles.
The Bears (3-8) will now prepare for their outing against Green Canyon (North Logan, UT). The Wolves go into the 4A Region 11 outing with a 9-2 record. In their last outing, Green Canyon edged Tooele (Tooele, UT), 8-0, in a league test.
The Golden Eagles now have a 0-11 record. They take the field next when they host Sky View for a 4A Region 11 test on Monday, September 15. Deseret Peak will clash with a Bobcats team coming off a 2-2 league Mountain Crest (Hyrum, UT). The Bobcats record now stands at 6-5.
