The Panthers now possess a 7-2 record. They play next when they host Calvary Christian for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 11. Carroll County will play a Cougars squad coming off a 1-0 league loss to Campbell County (Alexandria, KY). The Cougars record now stands at 6-3.

With the loss, Owen County falls to 1-5 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to Henry County (New Castle, KY) to face the Wildcats in a non-league game on Monday, September 15. The Wildcats come into the game with a record of 1-8. Henry County lost 8-2 in their recent league game against Carroll County (Carrollton, KY)
