In Wednesday's league test, the visiting Wakefield School Fighting Owls soccer team scored a close 4-2 triumph over the Quantico Warriors.

With the triumph, Wakefield School moves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Fighting Owls travel to Fredericksburg Christian (Fredericksburg, VA) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 16. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 3-3.

The Warriors now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fredericksburg Academy for a Greater Piedmont test on Thursday, September 11. Quantico will clash with a Falcons team coming off a 5-2 league win over Randolph-Macon Academy (Front Royal, VA). The Falcons record now stands at 2-1.
