Georgia High School Softball - Buford bounces Walnut Grove

The Buford Wolves softball team scored 9 runs and held the visiting Walnut Grove Warriors to 1 in the Wolves non-league win on Wednesday.
The Wolves now sport a 13-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Collins Hill for a 6A Region 8 challenge on Thursday, September 11. Buford will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 8-0 league win over Mountain View (Lawrenceville, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 8-10.
The Warriors (6-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Wesleyan (Norcross, GA). The Wolves go into the non-league challenge with a 13-0 record. In their last challenge, Wesleyan toppled St. Francis (Alpharetta, GA), 13-0, in a league challenge.
