Georgia High School Softball - Josey succumbs to Burke County

In Wednesday's league test, the Burke County Bears (Waynesboro, GA) softball squad overwhelmed the host Josey Eagles (Augusta, GA), by a tally of 18-3.

Next, the Bears clash with the Pierce County Bears (Blackshear, GA) in a non-league test, on Friday, September 12. Burke County will attempt to move on its 9-8 season record. The Bears come into the outing with a 10-6 record after their 11-0 league win over Crisp County (Cordele, GA).
