In Wednesday's league match, the Dawson County Tigers (Dawsonville, GA) volleyball squad prevailed the host Lumpkin County Indians (Dahlonega, GA), by a final score of 2-0.

Next up, the Tigers confront the Flowery Branch Falcons (Flowery Branch, GA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, September 11. Dawson County will attempt to advance on its 11-12 season record. The Falcons enter the match with a 13-12 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Duluth (Duluth, GA).
