Ridgeview Mustangs (Colfax, IL) backers exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their volleyball team run past the visiting DeLand-Weldon Eagles (DeLand, IL), 2-0 in a non-league outing.

The Mustangs now sport a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to El Paso-Gridley for a Heart of Illinois game on Thursday, September 11. Ridgeview will confront a Titans squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Flanagan-Cornell (Flanagan, IL). The Titans record now stands at 9-2.

The Eagles (4-5) will now prepare for their game against Decatur Christian (Forsyth, IL). The Warriors go into the game with a 0-0 record.
