Fans at Wednesday's non-league contest between the Fleming County Panthers (Flemingsburg, KY) and the visiting Robertson County Black Devils (Mt. Olivet, KY), observed Fleming County's volleyball team top Robertson County by a tally of 2-0.

The Panthers (4-10) will now prepare for their contest against Bath County (Owingsville, KY). The Wildcats enter the District 61 contest with a 1-5 record. In their last contest, Bath County was beaten by Model (Richmond, KY), 3-0, in a non-league test.

The Black Devils now own a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Paris for a non-league test on Thursday, September 11. Robertson County will encounter a Greyhounds squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Powell County (Stanton, KY). The Greyhounds record now stands at 2-5.
