The Martin County Cardinals (Inez, KY) volleyball were victorious over the visiting June Buchanan Crusaders (Pippa Passes, KY), 3-1 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Cardinals now possess a 4-4 record. They play next when they host East Ridge for a non-league bout on Monday, September 15. Martin County will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Grundy (Grundy, VA). The Warriors record now stands at 2-7.
With the loss, June Buchanan falls to 3-9 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to Oneida Baptist Institute (Oneida, KY) to clash with the Mountaineers in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 18. The Mountaineers come into the bout with a record of 1-10.
