Mason County Royals (Maysville, KY) boosters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting West Carter Comets (Olive Hill, KY), 3-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Mason County improves its record to 10-7 on the season. The Royals travel to Nicholas County (Carlisle, KY) to face the Bluejackets in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 16. The Bluejackets go into the test with a record of 6-4.

The Comets now own a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rowan County for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 11.
