Next, the Golden Tide confront the Obion County Rebels (Troy, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 14. Peabody will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Rebels enter the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 7-0 league loss to South Gibson (Medina, TN).

The Pioneers now have a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ripley for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, September 13. Gibson County will confront a Tigers team coming off a 10-2 non-league loss to Tipton-Rosemark Academy (Millington, TN). The Tigers record now stands at 1-4.
