The Cuthbertson Cavaliers (Waxhaw, NC) football nudged the host Palisades Pumas (Charlotte, NC), 15-12 in Monday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Cavaliers face the South Caldwell Spartans (Hudson, NC) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, September 14. Cuthbertson will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Spartans enter the bout with a 1-3 record after their 22-6 non-league loss to Bandys (Catawba, NC).
The Pumas (2-1) will now prepare for their bout against Berry (Charlotte, NC). The Cardinal enter the non-league bout with a 1-3 record. In their last bout, Berry was nudged by Rocky River (Mint Hill, NC), 44-0, in a non-league bout.
