North Carolina High School Volleyball - Tuscola can't hold off Swain County

In Monday's non-league battle, the host Swain County Maroon Devils volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Tuscola Mountaineers.

The Maroon Devils (3-3) will now prepare for their battle against Highlands (Highlands, NC). The Highlanders come into the non-league battle with a 3-3 record.

Next, the Mountaineers clash with the Smoky Mountain Mustangs (Sylva, NC) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 12. Tuscola will attempt to advance on its 4-6 season record. The Mustangs come into the battle with a 0-8 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Franklin (Franklin, NC).
