Next, the Black Bears confront the Middlesboro Yellowjackets (Middlesboro, KY) in a District 50 challenge, on Tuesday, September 12. Harlan County will attempt to move on its 4-6 season record. The Yellowjackets enter the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 2-1 league win over Barbourville (Barbourville, KY).

The Wildcats now possess a 1-15 record. They take the field next when they travel to Oneida Baptist Institute for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 14.
