The Dark Horses enter the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Spring Creek (Seven Springs, NC).

The Panthers now have a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Richlands for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, September 13. East Duplin will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 4-1 non-league loss to Goldsboro (Goldsboro, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-3.
