With the triumph, South Atlanta improves its record to 6-7 on the year. The Hornets host Clarkston (Clarkston, GA) to clash with the Angoras in a non-league game on Wednesday, September 13. The Angoras come into the game with a record of 0-7. Clarkston lost 20-12 in their recent league game against Stone Mountain (Stone Mountain, GA)

In their next game, the Bulldogs clash with the Riverdale Raiders (Riverdale, GA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, September 12. Washington will attempt to improve on its 5-5 season record. The Raiders come into the game with a 2-6 record after their 15-0 non-league loss to Miller Grove (Lithonia, GA).
