The Stone Mountain Pirates (Stone Mountain, GA) softball routed the visiting Stephenson Jaguars (Stone Mountain, GA), 15-6 in Monday's league bout.

The Pirates (2-0) will now prepare for their bout against Clarkston (Clarkston, GA). The Angoras go into the 4A Region 6 bout with a 0-6 record. In their last bout, Clarkston was routed by Mt. Zion (Jonesboro, GA), 27-9, in a non-league bout.

The Jaguars now possess a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Miller Grove for a 4A Region 6 bout on Tuesday, September 19.
