Kentucky High School Volleyball - Franklin-Simpson edged by Allen County-Scottsville

The Allen County-Scottsville Patriots held off the host Franklin-Simpson Wildcats volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Monday's non-league test.

The Patriots now have a 11-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Clinton County for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 12. Allen County-Scottsville will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Wayne County (Monticello, KY). The Bulldogs record now stands at 10-5.

The Wildcats (10-12) will now prepare for their test against Logan County (Russellville, KY). The Cougars enter the District 13 test with a 9-6 record. In their last test, Logan County held off Union County (Morganfield, KY), 2-0, in a non-league test.
