The James River Knights topped the visiting Bath County Chargers volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Monday's non-league test.
The Knights now have a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carroll County for a Three Rivers test on Tuesday, September 12. James River will confront a Cavaliers team coming off a 3-1 league win over Glenvar (Salem, VA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 2-3.
The Chargers (3-3) will now prepare for their test against Eastern Montgomery (Elliston, VA). The Mustangs enter the Pioneer test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, Eastern Montgomery gained a win over Fleming (Roanoke, VA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
