The Leeds Greenwave topped the visiting Calera Eagles volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Monday's non-league test.

The Greenwave now have a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Moody for a 5A Area 11 test on Wednesday, September 13. Leeds will confront a Blue Devils team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Springville (Springville, AL). The Blue Devils record now stands at 8-5.

The Eagles (2-6) will now prepare for their test against John Carroll Catholic (Birmingham, AL). The Cavaliers enter the non-league test with a 5-6 record. In their last test, John Carroll Catholic was knocked off by Spain Park (Hoover, AL), 3-0, in a non-league test.
