The Valencia Vikings volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Canyon Cowboys to 0 in the Vikings league victory on Monday.

The Vikings now possess a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Golden Valley for a Foothill game on Thursday, September 14. Valencia will meet a Grizzlies team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Saugus (Saugus, CA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 3-2.

The Cowboys (6-8) will now prepare for their game against Castaic (Castaic, CA). The Coyotes enter the Foothill game with a 1-5 record. In their last game, Castaic was dropped by Hart (Newhall, CA), 3-0, in a league game.
