The Lexington Minutemen prevailed the host Cornerstone Christian Cyclones volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Monday's non-league test.

The Minutemen now have a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Deer Creek-Mackinaw for a Heart of Illinois test on Tuesday, September 12. Lexington will confront a Chiefs team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Williamsville (Williamsville, IL). The Chiefs record now stands at 6-6.

The Cyclones (9-4) will now prepare for their test against Ridgeview (Colfax, IL). The Mustangs enter the non-league test with a 2-10 record.
