The Geneva County Bulldogs volleyball team (Hartford, AL), was dropped 3-1 in Monday's non-league challenge with the host New Brockton Gamecocks (New Brockton, AL)

The Gamecocks (4-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Pike County (Brundidge, AL). The Bulldogs enter the 3A Area 3 challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Pike County defeated Barbour County (Clayton, AL), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs meet the Samson Tigers (Samson, AL) in a 2A Area 2 challenge, on Tuesday, September 12. Geneva County will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 2-8 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Pleasant Home (Andalusia, AL).
