The Haywood Christian Academy Red Wolves volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Lake Lure Classical Academy Raptors to 0 in the Red Wolves league victory on Monday.

The Red Wolves now have a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Long Shoals Wesleyan Academy for a Western Piedmont Athletic game on Tuesday, September 12. Haywood Christian Academy will meet a Crusaders team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Pinnacle Classical Academy (Shelby, NC). The Crusaders record now stands at 0-4.

The Raptors (0-7) will now prepare for their game against NCSSM: Morganton (Morganton, NC). The enter the non-league game with a 0-6 record. In their last game, NCSSM: Morganton dropped by Mitchell (Bakersville, NC), 3-0, in a non-league game.
