The Lawton-Bronson Eagles volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Kingsley-Pierson Panthers to 2 in the Eagles league victory on Monday.

The Eagles now possess a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Monona for a Western Valley - North game on Thursday, September 14. Lawton-Bronson will meet a Spartans team coming off a 3-0 league win over Woodbury Central (Moville, IA). The Spartans record now stands at 9-7.

The Panthers (1-8) will now prepare for their game against Odebolt Arthur Battle Creek Ida Grove (Ida Grove, IA). The Falcons enter the Western Valley - North game with a 4-9 record. In their last game, Odebolt Arthur Battle Creek Ida Grove was nudged by River Valley (Correctionville, IA), 3-2, in a league game.
