The Axe (5-5) will now prepare for their challenge against South Medford (Medford, OR). The Panthers enter the 6A Southwest challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, South Medford defeated Grants Pass (Grants Pass, OR), 3-2, in a league challenge.

Next, the Irish meet the Roseburg Indians (Roseburg, OR) in a 6A Southwest challenge, on Wednesday, September 13. Sheldon will attempt to move on its 7-6 season record. The Indians enter the challenge with a 7-3 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Silverton (Silverton, OR).
