In their next game, the Lightning face the Rosary Academy Royals (Fullerton, CA) in a Pacific Coast challenge, on Monday, September 16. Sage Hill will attempt to improve on its 4-4 season record. The Royals enter the challenge with a 6-3 record after their 28-0 non-league win over Fullerton (Fullerton, CA).

The Bulldogs (1-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Beckman (Irvine, CA). The Patriots enter the non-league challenge with a 5-9 record. In their last challenge, Beckman ran past Dana Hills (Dana Point, CA), 16-12, in a non-league challenge.
