The West Perry Mustangs held off the host Shippensburg Greyhounds soccer team by a tally of 2-1 in Wednesday's league game.

Next, the Mustangs face the Waynesboro Indians (Waynesboro, PA) in a Mid-Penn Colonial game, on Monday, September 16. West Perry will attempt to advance on its 5-3 season record. The Indians come into the game with a 2-3 record after their 3-0 league win over Mifflin County (Lewistown, PA).

The Greyhounds (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Big Spring (Newville, PA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league game with a 1-6 record. In their last game, Big Spring was nipped by East Pennsboro (Enola, PA), 5-0, in a league game.
