In Wednesday's league outing, the visiting Pingree Highlanders soccer squad scored a tight 2-0 victory over the Berwick Academy Bulldogs.

The Highlanders (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against Kents Hill School (Kents Hill, ME). The Huskies go into the non-league outing with a 1-0 record. In their last outing, Kents Hill School got by Rocky Hill Country Day (East Greenwich, RI), 3-0, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Wheeler Warriors (Providence, RI) in a Southeastern New England outing, on Saturday, September 14. Berwick Academy will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Warriors go into the outing with a 1-1 record after their 3-1 league loss to Portsmouth Abbey (Portsmouth, RI).
