The Cavaliers (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Thomasville (Thomasville, NC). The Bulldogs enter the Central Carolina 1A/2A battle with a 3-4 record. In their last battle, Thomasville ran past Wheatmore (Trinity, NC), 6-1, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Lexington Yellowjackets (Lexington, NC) in a Central Carolina 1A/2A battle, on Monday, September 16. South Davidson will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Yellowjackets enter the battle with a 3-4 record after their 5-3 league loss to East Davidson (Thomasville, NC).
