The Moore County Raiders volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Cannon County Lions to 1 in the Raiders non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Raiders now have a 4-2 record. They play next when they host Fayetteville for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 17. Moore County will play a Tigers team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Franklin County (Winchester, TN). The Tigers record now stands at 3-3.

With the loss, Cannon County drops to 2-9 on the campaign. The Lions travel to DeKalb County (Smithville, TN) to play the Tigers in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 14. The Tigers come into the outing with a record of 0-14. DeKalb County lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against Watertown (Watertown, TN)
