In Wednesday's league challenge, the visiting Grant Generals volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Jefferson Democrats.

The Generals (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against McNary (Keizer, OR). The Celtics enter the non-league challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, McNary was beaten by West Salem (Salem, OR), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Democrats meet the Benson Tech Techmen (Portland, OR) in a 6A Portland Interscholastic challenge, on Tuesday, September 17. Jefferson will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record. The Techmen enter the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 3-1 league loss to Cleveland (Portland, OR).
