Connecticut High School Volleyball - New London overwhelmed by Montville

September 11, 2024: New London, CT 06320

Montville Wolves (Oakdale, CT) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host New London Whalers (New London, CT), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Montville improves its record to 4-1 on the season. The Wolves host Norwich Free Academy (Norwich, CT) to face the Wildcats in a non-league test on Friday, September 13. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 2-2. Norwich Free Academy won 3-0 in their recent league test against Ledyard (Ledyard, CT)

The Whalers now own a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cromwell for a non-league contest on Saturday, September 14. New London will battle a Panthers team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Academy of Science and Innovation (New Britain, CT). The Panthers record now stands at 2-1.
