The Johnnies now hold a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Granville for a Licking County bout on Monday, September 15. Johnstown-Monroe will face a Blue Aces team coming off a 5-3 non-league loss to Olentangy Liberty (Powell, OH). The Blue Aces record now stands at 5-2.

The Bulldogs (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Sheridan (Thornville, OH). The Generals enter the non-league contest with a 7-3 record. In their last contest, Sheridan gained a win over Circleville (Circleville, OH), 11-0, in a non-league contest.
