The East Coweta Indians (Sharpsburg, GA) softball the visiting Harris County Tigers (Hamilton, GA), 8-5 in Thursday's non-league outing.
The Indians now sport a 9-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sandy Creek for a non-league outing on Monday, September 15. East Coweta will meet a Patriots squad coming off a 18-17 non-league loss to Mundy's Mill (Jonesboro, GA). The Patriots record now stands at 1-5.
The Tigers (4-1) will now prepare for their test against Northside (Columbus, GA). The Patriots go into the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Northside was routed by Northgate (Newnan, GA), 11-3, in a non-league test.
