The Peachtree Ridge Lions softball team scored 9 runs and held the visiting Norcross Blue Devils to 3 in the Lions non-league win on Thursday.

The Lions now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Norcross for a non-league battle on Monday, September 15.

With the loss, Norcross moves to 0-6 on the season. The Blue devils travel to Pike County (Zebulon, GA) to meet the Pirates in a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 13. The Pirates go into the challenge with a record of 4-3. Pike County lost 4-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Union Grove (McDonough, GA)
