The Pioneers now possess a 11-0 record. They play next when they travel to Alexander Central for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 16. Watauga will clash with a Cougars team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to McDowell (Marion, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 3-7.

With the loss, South Caldwell drops to 6-3 on the year. The Spartans host Foard (Newton, NC) to battle the Tigers in a non-league match on Monday, September 15. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 11-2. Foard won 2-0 in their recent non-league match against West Iredell (Statesville, NC)
