The Spartans now hold a 2-4 record. They play next when they host Badger for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 16. Boardman will play a Braves squad coming off a 10-1 league win over Pymatuning Valley (Andover, OH). The Braves record now stands at 6-3.

The Raiders (2-5) will now prepare for their game against Champion (Warren, OH). The Golden Flashes enter the non-league game with a 8-0 record. In their last game, Champion held off Crestview (Columbiana, OH), 5-0, in a league game.
