Michigan High School Soccer - Brother Rice knocks off St. John's Jesuit

In Thursday's league outing, the host Brother Rice Warriors soccer squad scored a tight 5-2 victory over the St. John's Jesuit Titans.
The Warriors (2-6) will now prepare for their test against Hartland (Hartland, MI). The Eagles come into the non-league test with a 13-0 record. In their last test, Hartland edged Plymouth (Canton, MI), 3-1, in a non-league test.
The Titans now have a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they host University of Detroit Jesuit for a Catholic Central test on Tuesday, September 16. St. John's Jesuit will clash with a Cubs team coming off a 8-0 non-league win over Woodhaven (Brownstown, MI). The Cubs record now stands at 10-1.
