Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Delaware Valley nudges Scranton

In Thursday's league outing, the host Delaware Valley Warriors soccer squad scored a tight 5-4 victory over the Scranton Knights.

The Warriors (3-1) will now prepare for their outing against Wallenpaupack Area (Hawley, PA). The Buckhorns go into the Lackawanna - Division I outing with a 5-2 record. In their last outing, Wallenpaupack Area got by Honesdale (Honesdale, PA), 2-0, in a league outing.

Next, the Knights clash with the North Pocono Trojans (Covington Township, PA) in a Lackawanna - Division I game, on Tuesday, September 16. Scranton will attempt to advance on its 1-4 season record.
