The Lions (3-0) will now prepare for their outing against New Hope Christian (Smithville, MO). The Phoenix go into the Midwest Christian outing with a 0-3 record. In their last outing, New Hope Christian by Heritage Christian (Topeka, KS), 7-1, in a league outing.

In their next game, the Eagles clash with the St. Joseph Defenders Defenders (St. Joseph, MO) in a Midwest Christian test, on Friday, September 12. Heritage Christian will attempt to advance on its 2-3 season record. The Defenders come into the test with a 2-1 record after their 4-2 league win over Cornerstone Family (Topeka, KS).
