Fans at Thursday's league battle between the Lower Lake Trojans (Lower Lake, CA) and the visiting Upper Lake Cougars (Upper Lake, CA), saw Lower Lake's soccer squad triumph over Upper Lake by a score of 6-0.
The Trojans (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Willits (Willits, CA). The Wolverines enter the North Central I battle with a 2-5 record. In their last battle, Willits South Fork (Miranda, CA), 2-2, in a non-league test.
The Cougars now sport a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they host Clear Lake for a North Central I test on Tuesday, September 16. Upper Lake will meet a Cardinals team coming off a 1-0 league loss to Kelseyville (Kelseyville, CA). The Cardinals record now stands at 1-4.
