The Mt. Shasta Bears soccer team (Mt. Shasta, CA), was overwhelmed 6-0 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Tulelake Honkers (Tulelake, CA)

The Honkers (11-3) will now prepare for their battle against Butte Valley (Dorris, CA). The Bulldogs enter the Shasta Cascade battle with a 2-6 record. In their last battle, Butte Valley was overwhelmed by Weed (Weed, CA), 11-2, in a league battle.

Next up, the Bears battle the Trinity Wolves (Weaverville, CA) in a Shasta Cascade battle, on Tuesday, September 16. Mt. Shasta will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Wolves enter the battle with a 4-7 record after their 2-1 league loss to Modoc (Alturas, CA).
