The Chestatee War Eagles softball squad (Gainesville, GA), was routed 12-1 in Thursday's league contest with the host North Hall Trojans (Gainesville, GA)

The Trojans (10-4) will now prepare for their bout against Pickens (Jasper, GA). The Dragons go into the 3A Region 6 bout with a 9-4 record. In their last bout, Pickens gained a win over Greater Atlanta Christian (Norcross, GA), 15-0, in a league contest.

The War Eagles now hold a 4-10 record. They play next when they host White County for a 3A Region 6 contest on Monday, September 15. Chestatee will face a Warriors squad coming off a 8-4 league loss to North Hall (Gainesville, GA). The Warriors record now stands at 5-7.
