In Thursday's league match, the host Coalgate Wildcats softball team scored a nice 11-0 win over the Savanna Bulldogs.

The Wildcats (15-5) will now prepare for their match against Tupelo (Tupelo, OK). The Tigers come into the non-league match with a 6-12 record. In their last match, Tupelo notched a victory over Geronimo (Geronimo, OK), 4-1, in a league game.

The Bulldogs now own a 3-10 record. They play next when they travel to Crowder for a non-league battle on Monday, September 15. Savanna will confront a Demons team coming off a 16-3 non-league loss to Allen (Allen, OK). The Demons record now stands at 3-10.
