Georgia High School Softball - Rabun County held off by Oglethorpe County

In Thursday's league test, the Oglethorpe County Patriots (Lexington, GA) softball squad got by the visiting Rabun County Wildcats (Tiger, GA), by a tally of 10-9.

Next, the Patriots meet the Commerce Tigers (Commerce, GA) in a 1A D-I Region 8 test, on Tuesday, September 16. Oglethorpe County will attempt to advance on its 9-4 season record.

The Wildcats (6-12) will now prepare for their outing against North Forsyth (Cumming, GA). The Raiders come into the non-league outing with a 14-6 record. In their last outing, North Forsyth got by Lumpkin County (Dahlonega, GA), 14-6, in a non-league outing.
