In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Alabama School of Cyber Technology and Engineering Sentinels volleyball team scored a 3-1 victory over the Whitesburg Christian Academy Warriors.

The Sentinels (8-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Lexington (Lexington, AL). The Golden Bears enter the non-league challenge with a 13-11 record. In their last challenge, Lexington achieved victory over Phil Campbell (Phil Campbell, AL), 2-0, in a non-league test.

The Warriors now own a 2-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Asbury for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 16. Whitesburg Christian Academy will face a Rams squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Holly Pond (Holly Pond, AL). The Rams record now stands at 1-10.
