In Thursday's league challenge, the host Hayesville Yellowjackets volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Andrews Wildcats.

The Yellowjackets (10-2) will now prepare for their test against Hiwassee Dam (Murphy, NC). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 1-11 record. In their last test, Hiwassee Dam achieved victory over Summit Charter (Cashiers, NC), 3-1, in a non-league test.

The Wildcats now own a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Union County for a non-league test on Monday, September 15. Andrews will face a Panthers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Lumpkin County (Dahlonega, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 12-7.
